They worked us into their schedule last minute and did an ac repair. They also worked with our home warranty company.Grateful They could do the repair on a hot day to get us cooling properly again.

Would have been nice to get a call instead of text, I didn't see saying they were coming. Fixed attic fan very grateful for that. Checked and gave advice about AC unit and duct in attic for vent to hot water heater that wasn't hooked up. Overall very professional and was grateful for the service I got. I believe service call amount is too pricey. Cost of new install ac unit and furnace are about same as anyone else but to do minor fixes like thermostat install its to pricey for me. I'll have to do myself and save for replacements.

We had a great experience. Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon and was fixed by the same evening. We have done business with Wichita Heating and Cooling in the past and have always been very satisfied. We would recommend them to anyone in need of heating and air service.

Sometime during the night our motor or capacitor went out on the condensing unit. We called early in the morning on Sunday and was more than pleased that Kenny called me back and was able to get out within a couple of hours and fix our problem (it's 100+ again today outside). He was more than professional and efficient. There were absolutely no issues and the service was reasonably priced as well. Give them a call if you need any AC repairs.

We had quotes from three companies and went with Wichita Heating and Air because they were the most professional, offered great financing, and carried the best product. Replaced entire AC and Furnace in 3.5 hours. I'm beyond impressed with the service. If I could change one thing about their business, I wish they offered portable AC's or something to keep cool between signing the contract and installation like some companies do, it was a hot week and I have a 4 and 2 year old to keep cool so I had to run to lowes and buy a portable AC for a couple hundred but thats life and not their job, just a good selling point for some. Overall 5/5 and will recommend them to friends and family!
